Singapore is one among many potential tourist spots in Asia. Beside the famous Singapore Great Sale event, Singapore keeps many hidden jewel of tourist attractions. In this about 64 hectares garden, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery along with the lush green trees. Near the entrance, you will also find a swan lake. Something you can rarely find in the middle of a modern city of Singapore. This place is also a family favorite picnic spot. You can come along and bring your family meal and having lunch together under the big trees.
If you walk along the road in this park, it will lead you to the National Orchid Garden. To enter this beautiful garden you only have to pay S$ 5, while for children, they can enter for free and S$ 1 for visitors aged 60 years and over. On the left side of the Orchid Garden exit, you can see the sort of concert venue located in the middle of a small lake. This place is called the Symphony Lake. Besides, you can also see many souvenir shops around.
This park is quite large, so if you want to come to this park, it is better for you to come in the morning or evening when the air is still fresh and not too hot. You may want to prepare for your drinks because there is rarely shop vending inside.
